General Dispatch Information:
- All orders are usually dispatched within 24 Hours of Payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If an order needs more than 1 business day handling we will contact you ASAP
- All of our parcels are sent with safe drop enabled. In some instances, the delivery driver will deem it unable to be safe-dropped and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection. This decision is made at the driver’s discretion.(This excludes Afternoon/Tonight delivery options)

Regular Postage
Seko Logistics and can take 3-6 Business Days to arrive.
The rates are:
- FREE for orders over $75 NZD
- $7.95 for orders under $75 NZD
Express Postage
DHL Express Postage can take 1-2 Business Days to arrive
The rates are:
- $9.95 for orders over $99 NZD
- $14.95 for orders under $99 NZD
Unfortunately, due to delivery costs, free shipping or discounted shipping promotional codes do not apply to international orders unless clearly stated otherwise.
To avoid unexpected customs charges and delays we have set a maximum cart value of $1000NZD. If your cart is over this amount you will need to split your order.
Please note that due to strict Airmail regulations aerosols and flammable items cannot be shipped by Air and therefore cannot be mailed overseas.
