How to use Hairwell Professional Eyelash / Eyebrow Tint - Light Brown:

1. Start by cleansing the area around the eyebrows or eyelashes with a gentle cleanser to remove any makeup or dirt.
2. Prepare the tint mixture by mixing the tint and developer in a non-metallic bowl in a 1:1 ratio.
3. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly around the eyebrows or eyelashes to prevent staining of the skin.
