How to use MCoBeauty Waterproof Eye Define Liner 1.8g:

1. Start with clean and dry eyelids.
2. Hold the liner like a pen and shake it well before use.
3. Begin at the inner corner of your eye and draw a line as close to your lash line as possible.
4. Continue the line towards the outer corner of your eye, gradually increasing the thickness of the line as desired.
5. If you want a winged look, draw a diagonal line from the outer corner of your eye towards the end of your eyebrow, then connect the line back to your lash line.
6. Repeat on the other eye.
