How to use RefectoCil Blonde Brow Tint 15ml:

1. Cleanse the eyebrow area with a non-oily cleanser and pat dry.
2. Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly around the eyebrows to prevent staining of the skin.
3. Mix 10 drops of RefectoCil Blonde Brow Tint with 2cm of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% liquid developer.
4. Apply the mixture to the eyebrows using an angled brush, making sure to cover all hairs evenly.
5. Leave the tint on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
6. Remove the tint with a damp cotton pad or tissue, starting from the inner corner of the eyebrow and wiping outwards.
7. Rinse the eyebrows with water and pat dry.
8. Apply a small amount of RefectoCil Brow Styling Wax to keep the hairs in place.
9. Repeat the process every 4-6 weeks to maintain the desired look.
