Shampoo: Apply CPR AMPLIFY Sulphate Free Shampoo onto scalp and roots and massage gently for a few minutes, then rinse. Re-apply shampoo a second time if deeper cleansing required. Rinse Follow with CPR AMPLIFY lite conditioning rinse OR for weightless condition. Conditioner: After gently cleansing with CPR AMPLIFY Sulphate Free shampoo. Apply a small amount of CPR AMPLIFY Lite conditioning rinseto mid-lengths and ends and leave on for a few minutes. Rinse. For weightless condition use CPR NOURISH Detangle & Shine instead.
