Promotions

By redeeming a discount code or offer for a free gift from Oz Hair & Beauty you accept these terms & conditions:

1. We cannot accept codes from any third party organisations or websites unless otherwise stated on ozhairandbeauty.com
2. Where stated online, exclusions can apply to selected discount codes.  The terms of this discount code is listed on promotion materials, banners and promotional cards. Otherwise, all discount codes are only valid on full price items. Full price items are items that do not have a slashed RRP or "valued at" price. 
3. Promotions that exclude Gift Packs cover all sorts of packs where products are packaged together, regardless if the title contain the words gift pack.
4. The OZLOVER code is for first time customers only and cannot be used more than once per customer or order.
5. Where a minimum spend is applicable to a discount code or voucher, the minimum spend must be achieved in order to receive the stated value of the discount code or voucher. The minimum spend is calculated by adding all the products from the specified collections together.
6. Promotions and discount codes cannot be applied to an order once it has been processed. 
7. All vouchers including Welcome Vouchers are not redeemable for cash nor refundable. 
8. Promotions and discount codes are valid for a limited time only and will be specified on all promotional banners. Outside of this period an offer or discount cannot be redeemed. 
9. Discount codes can only be redeemed via checkout. You must insert the code to redeem any offer. 
10. Any items that have been purchased with a voucher will be refunded via a gift card or store credit. 
11. All 'FREE GIFT, FREE SAMPLE, FREE TRAVEL SIZE' promotions are While Stocks Last.
12. Occasionally, full size products may be shown on site during promotional free gifts when we cannot display the actual size free gifts. 
13. You must meet all requirements including minimum quantity of products to redeem free gifts. 
14. When redeeming free products including samples and travel size products, we will do our best to accomodate the gift you’ve redeemed or eligible for however where this is not possible, you will be supplied with a gift of equivalent size or value and be notified upon delivery of parcel. 
15. Where a choice of a free gift is offered with your order, we cannot swap out any free gift due to personal preference.
16. The 'FREE GIFT’ tag found on any products will entitle you to a free gift with a single purchase of a product. Only one free gift per order applies. 
17. The ‘PROMO ON PRODUCT’ tag found on any product indicates that the product is part of a promotion where you are required to purchase 2 or more product OR reach a certain threshold in order to receive a free gift, sample or discount. 
18. Only one discount code can be used per order. This also applies to automatic discounts where a discount is automatically applied to your order without a discount code. 
19. Where promotional offers are prices as marked there is no need to enter any discount code. The advertised price is the final price. Any other discount codes must be inserted at the checkout to apply further discounts.
20. Where a free product(s) is included with your order as part of a promotion, samples are 1-19ml and a deluxe sample is 20ml or more. A sample could come in sachet, bottle or container form.

Gift Cards

1. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. We also cannot exchange or refund a gift card or replace a lost or stolen card.
2. Gift Cards are redeemable both online and in-store. 
3. Gift Cards are excluded from all promotions unless stated otherwise.
4. Gift Cards purchased in AUD may only be redeemeed on the Australian website and Gift Cards purchased in NZD may only be redeemed on the New Zealand website.
5. Gift Cards cannot be purchased using any buy-now-pay-later services.

Oz World Loyalty Program

1. Oz World is a credit-based loyalty program where members earn credit back on every purchase made online and in-store at Oz Hair and Beauty.
2. By creating an account with Oz Hair and Beauty, you are automatically registered to Oz World. You may opt out of the program at any time by contacting enquiries@ozhairandbeauty.com.
3. Oz World is currently available only via ozhairandbeauty.com and is open exclusively to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
4. To join Oz World, customers must provide a valid email address. If joining in-store, a phone number may also be used.
5. Only one Oz World account is permitted per customer. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any accrued credit forfeited.
6. Oz World members are required to notify Oz Hair and Beauty of any changes to their email address or mobile number. Oz Hair and Beauty is not responsible for expired credit if the member fails to update their contact information.
7. Oz Royalty status is unlocked by spending $399 or more within a rolling 12-month period. Customers must continue to meet this annual spend requirement to retain their Oz Royalty status. If a customer does not spend $399 within a 12-month period, their status will be downgraded to Oz VIP.
8. Oz VIP members earn 2% credit back, while Oz Royalty members earn 5% credit back on eligible purchases made online and in-store.
9. Credit is earned only on the product value of qualifying purchases. Shipping fees, parcel insurance, and administration fees (e.g., restocking fees) are excluded from credit calculations.
10. If the value of an order is below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees must be paid. For example, if the threshold is $49 and the order totals $37, the $4.95 shipping fee will be applied.
11. Oz World credit cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes or promotional offers that require a code to activate.
12. Oz World credit cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
13. Referral Program:

13.1 A referred friend must be a new customer who has never placed an order with Oz Hair and Beauty.
13.2 A referred friend must place their first order using a refer-a-friend discount code for the referring member to be eligible for the referral reward.
13.3 The referred friend's order must have a minimum spend of $120.
13.4 The referral discount excludes hair appliances, bundles, gift packs, fragrances, and gift cards.
13.5 Referral rewards are issued to the referring member’s account within 24 hours of a successful referred order being placed.
13.6 An order is considered successful once it is placed by the referred customer using the valid code.
13.7 There is no limit to the number of referrals a member can make.

14. All credit earned (including from referrals) will expire 6 months after the date it was earned.
15. Expired or unused credit cannot be extended, redeemed for cash, or exchanged.
16. Credit cannot be transferred between accounts.
17. Credit may be deducted from a customer’s account if Oz Hair and Beauty has reasonable suspicion of any fraudulent activity.
18. Credit may be redeemed at checkout online (if logged in) or in-store at the register. A valid email address linked to the account must be provided.
19. Customers can view their Oz World credit balance by:

             – Logging into their Oz World account
             – Refreshing their Oz World Wallet Pass
             – Visiting any Oz Hair and Beauty store

20. Oz World members can add their Oz World Pass to their mobile wallet. Oz Hair and Beauty is not liable for any unauthorised use of the Oz World Pass. Members must notify Oz Hair and Beauty immediately if they suspect unauthorised access.
21. If a purchase is refunded and Oz World credit was used, the cash portion will be refunded first, followed by the credit portion. For example:

– If an order of $39.95 was paid using $30 cash and $9.95 credit and a refund of $5 is required, $5 cash will be refunded.
– If a refund of $35 is required, $30 cash and $5 credit will be refunded.

22. Credit cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
23. Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Oz World program at any time without notice. This includes the ability to withdraw any outstanding credit, vouchers, or loyalty accounts.
24. Fraudulent activity, including misuse of accounts or referrals, will result in cancellation of credit and/or loyalty accounts.
25. Trade accounts, wholesale distributors, and business-to-business (B2B) entities are excluded from joining the program. The program is designed solely for individual consumers.
26. Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny participation, or terminate any loyalty account found to be associated with a business or violating these terms. Termination may result in the forfeiture of all accrued credit and rewards.
27. Oz Hair and Beauty reserves the right to modify the credit earn rate at any time for both online and in-store purchases without prior notice.
