How to use RefectoCil Eyelash & Brow Tint 15ml:

1. Cleanse the area around the eyebrows and eyelashes with a non-oily cleanser.
2. Mix the tint with the developer in a 1:2 ratio in a glass or plastic bowl.
3. Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly around the eyebrows and eyelashes to prevent staining of the skin.
